Bulgaria – Montenegro – Albania – Estonia
Traveled Bulgaria and spent some days at the sea. Drove the beautiful Balkan coastline exploring Albania and climbed Montenegro’s tallest mountain. Arrived in Tallinn, Estonia to start focusing on the job search.

Romania – Serbia – Kosovo – Macedonia
Roadtrip across Romania for 15 days and moto’d the iconic Transfăgărăsan. Visited a friend in Belgrade, Serbia. Explored Kosovo (most American-loving country) and did a via ferrata in Peja. Spent a few days relaxing on Lake Ohrid in Macedonia.

Ireland – Czech Republic
Spent two weeks with family roadtripping all of Ireland and visited the Aran islands. Two weeks visiting old friends in my beloved Prague and exploring Czech Republic.
May
Vietnam – Cambodia
Two weeks of personal development in Hanoi before cruising Halong Bay. Explored the amazing Angkor Wat and went diving in Koh Rong island in Cambodia—kindest, most hospitable people on earth.
April
South Korea – Vietnam
Cycled 400 mi from Seoul to Busan over two weeks. Climbed Hallasan, Korea’s tallest mountain, on Jeju island. Spent the rest of the month exploring Northern Vietnam.
March
Thailand – Singapore – Laos
Started in Thailand meditating at wats before moving to Singapore for 4 days. Caught sunrise from a hot air balloon over Vang Vieng in Laos, then rode a dirt bike 600 mi across northern Laos during a fuel crisis when gas hit $20 a gallon.
February
NYC – UAE – Thailand
Family time before the big trip kicked off. Valentines in NYC with the girlfriend and old friends. Spent a week exploring Dubai and Abu Dhabi, then drove a scooter 750 mi across Northern Thailand.

NC – Canada
Brought in New Year with family in Raleigh, then hit the slopes for snowboarding. Spent 10 days at a silent Vipassana meditation retreat in Montreal, meditating 10 hours a day.
